Zoholics is the flagship event of the year and 2024 was no disappointment. The Aspen94 team spent several days in Austin, TX, rubbing shoulders with Zoho enthusiasts including users, employees, industry experts and more. The main event this year took place June 5-6 at the Austin Convention Center and included more than 1,500 attendees.
With more than 100 sessions spanning sales, marketing, customer service, finance, developers and more, there was something for everyone. Additionally, Zoho introduced special tracks this year for enterprise customers and Zoho One admins.
The exhibitor hall included more than 20 vendors who presented their solutions ranging from Zoho extensions and integrations to value-added services. Alongside the exhibitor hall, Zoho had a huge 1:1 area for individual discussions, a special ZIP (Zoho Important Person) lounge, as well as a variety of local food trucks serving breakfast and lunch daily.

Keynote
A highlight of the event was Sridhar Vembu’s keynote (Zoho Founder & CEO). His keynote focused on some of the core principles of Zoho and what has allowed the company to remain successful and continue to grow in recent years, despite continuing challenges on a variety of fronts.
Zoho is privately held and publicly responsible. In a little over 28 years in business, Zoho has amassed more than 15,000 employees and has written more than 60 applications for businesses. Today there are more than 100,000,000 users across 750,000+ customers. Zoho takes their responsibilities very seriously, both internally and externally.
While growing their company, Zoho also continues to serve the communities in which they find talent. Continuing with their push for “transnational localism”, Zoho has expanded into more than 150 countries and many of their offices exist in small, rural communities. Additionally, Zoho has Zoho University, which prepares local students for careers in technology.
Zoho also believes in creating a product portfolio with breadth and depth, interoperability between applications, and attractive bundle offerings (i.e. Zoho One, Zoho CRMPlus, Zoho MarketingPlus). They also invest heavily in research and development, as well as service and support. A strong partner ecosystem also provides customers with the local resources they require.
Zoho CRM for Everyone
Zoholics also includes a number of product announcements and the highlight this year was Zoho CRM for Everyone.
