From a Lead record, send any Zoho Sign template with one click — the extension automatically records when it was sent, monitors signature status in the background, and updates the record the moment the document is signed.
HOW IT WORKS
Configure Templates
Link Zoho Sign templates to your CRM and define field base names for tracking (up to 8 configurations)
Send for Signature
Open a Lead record, click Send Document, select the template, and send — all from inside CRM
Track Automatically
Sent date and Document ID are recorded immediately; the system monitors signature status in the background
Signed & Done
The Signed Date field updates automatically when the recipient signs — no follow-up needed
