Keep Contact records automatically in sync with their parent Account — push field values down when an Account updates, and pull them in when a Contact is created or edited.

Parent-Child Sync eliminates the manual work of keeping Account and Contact data aligned. Define which Account fields map to which Contact fields, and the extension handles the rest through Zoho CRM workflow automation. When an Account is updated, mapped values are pushed to all linked Contacts. When a Contact is created or edited, it pulls the latest values from its parent Account automatically.
HOW IT WORKS
Map Your Fields
Define which Account fields should sync to which Contact fields — supports Text, Phone, Email, Picklist, and numeric types
Enable Workflows
Toggle the push and pull sync workflows on or off from the settings panel — changes take effect immediately
Account Updates Push Down
When an Account record is updated, mapped values are automatically pushed to all linked Contacts
Contact Creates Pull Up
When a Contact is created or edited, it pulls the latest mapped values from its parent Account
