Every Zoho CRM drifts

Nobody sets out to have 40 unused fields, three workflows that stopped firing in March, two licensed users who left in June, and a picklist with four spellings of the same value. It just happens, one small change at a time.

Given enough time, the drift is what your team works around every day. It’s also what makes reporting and planning harder than they should be.

The CRM Foundation Review finds it, scores it, and tells you what actually matters.

What we look at

The scan reads your CRM’s configuration and activity logs, never your records, and scores it across four areas. Then a consultant reads the results against how your business actually runs.

Architecture

How your CRM is built: module structure, field density, layout coverage, and the relationships between them. Where complexity has piled up and where it’s unused.

Automation

Workflows, blueprints, and functions: what’s active, what’s dormant, what fires and fails, and where a single automation is quietly holding everything up.

Governance

Roles, profiles, admin access, ownership concentration, and users who left but never lost access.

Reliability

Backup posture, required-field coverage, and the safeguards that decide whether you can trust what’s in the system.

And the things a scan can’t see.

In your Results Session we look together at data quality, and at whether you’re paying for seats nobody uses. For CRM Plus and Zoho One customers, that extends to the apps beyond CRM that no scan can see. Those land on the punch list too.

AI-readiness starts with a clean foundation

AI tools don’t see your CRM the way your team does. Whether it’s Zia, an agent connected through MCP, or an AI step in an automation, every one of them reads the same thing: your fields, your picklists, your workflows, your permissions. They can’t tell a field nobody uses from one that matters, or a workflow that stopped firing from one that’s meant to be off. They take the configuration as truth and build on it.

That’s why the Foundation Review looks at the structure before anyone points AI at it. A clean configuration gives every connected tool accurate answers and safe actions. A drifted one gives confident answers built on stale data, and agents with more access than anyone intended.

The report scores the foundation. In your Results Session we translate it into an AI-readiness read: what to fix first, what to fix before granting any tool write access, and what’s fine to leave alone.

The review does not evaluate specific AI products. It assesses the CRM configuration those products depend on.

Fix it yourselves

The punch list is written so your team can work it. Many items take an hour or less — re-scan after each fix and watch the score move.

Have us fix it

If you’d rather hand off the harder items, we’ll quote a block of time sized to exactly what’s flagged, with a firm finish date. You’ll see our work land in the scores as we go. Buy it within 30 days of your Results Session and half of what you paid for the review comes off the price. Many teams use the block to get the foundation right before rolling out AI.

Keep it clean

If you want to stay ahead of the drift, we can extend Atlas to a full year and repeat the review on a schedule that suits you.

You don’t have to decide any of that now. The review stands on its own.

Questions

Which Zoho CRM editions does this cover?

Standard, Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate, whether you bought CRM on its own, as part of CRM Plus, or inside Zoho One. Trial accounts work too; on a trial, the review doubles as a pre-purchase look at how you’ve set things up so far.

What access do you need?

Read-only. Atlas reads configuration and activity logs — how your CRM is built and how it’s being used — never your contacts, deals, or business data. Your administrator approves the connection in about a minute and can revoke it any time.

Can’t I just run Atlas myself?

You can, and the free plan is a fine place to start. What you’re paying for here is a consultant who reads the findings against your business, tells you which ones matter and which you can ignore, tags what your team can do versus what needs a hand, and spends an hour working through it with you. Plus 90 days of ongoing monitoring at the Enterprise tier.

Does this tell me whether my CRM is ready for AI?

The report scores the four things every AI tool connected to Zoho depends on: architecture, automation, governance, and reliability. It doesn’t rate AI products, and it isn’t an “AI score.” In your Results Session, we walk through what those findings mean for connecting AI, in what order to fix them, and which items to close before giving any tool the ability to change records.

How fast do I get results?

Minutes after your CRM is connected. The Results Session is scheduled around your calendar, usually within the week.

What happens after the Results Session?

Atlas keeps scanning through your 90 days, so every fix shows up in the next report. Toward the end of the period we’ll remind you before anything changes.

What happens to Niravu Atlas after 90 days?

Enterprise continues at $49 per month unless you cancel or move to a different plan, including Atlas’s free plan. We’ll remind you before the included period ends.

We’re already an Aspen94 client. Is this for us?

Yes. Especially if it’s been more than a year since we last looked at the whole system together.
