Act! v19.2 Update 4 – Notes/History Font Fix

For those of you that are still currently running Act v19.2, you may want to consider downloading the latest update 4 if you haven’t already. This update applies to all Act! versions: Pro, Premium, and Web.Some notes:
  • The primary change fixes Notes/History font size not displaying correctly. This issue has been particularly annoying to our clients.

V19.2 Update 4 Download Information

If you are not sure what version of Act! you are on, click here for quick directions on how to identify your version.
Please note – you only need to download the latest Act! v19.2 update 4. It includes updates 1 – 3, if you have not installed those previously.
Another key point is that this update does not affect the schema of your Act! database, meaning anyone can safely apply the update. While not required, it would be beneficial and a best practice to apply this update to all Act! users. Note: You must be on version 19.2 in order to do this. If you are on any other version (version or service pack 19.0 or 19.1 for example), please contact your Act! administrator before attempting updates. Additionally, for Act! Premium Web users, this update must be applied on the server hosting your Act! database. Therefore we recommend contacting your Act! administrator to handle the Web server update, which will then implement the fix for all Web users.
